Kitchener Mount Hope Cemetery: Over 160 years of Berlin/Kitchener’s settler history

When: Saturday May 4th, 2024.  10:00 – 11:30 am

Where: Just inside the cemetery gate under the Zuber angel across the road from 128 Moore Avenue, Kitchener

Walk Leader: Wayne Miedema

Kitchener Mount Hope Cemetery opened in the 1860s and holds 160 years of stories of this city and its people. The stories show a community frozen in time – a community that had networks of connections through business, government, and friendship. We will also note interesting symbols and inscriptions as we go.
